Mister Garm is the head talent agent of the female section of Garm & Saint Modelling Agency. If you are good enough or show enough potential you will be dealing with him personally. If not you will deal with one of his underlings. Either way, if you want to become a model here you will have to pass his inspection, personally or by portfolio.

Like Mr. Garm, Ms. Saint is the head of the Talent Agents, but she will deal with the men. She will deal with you direct or indirect, but you will have to impress her if you want to get a contract here. She is actually a little harder to impress then Mr. Garm, so if you are a male model you will have to be good to get a job here.

These are the offices of the workers and talent agents of Garm & Saint. This area is were the people you will be working with on a daily basis if you gain a contract here. Everyone from agents too photographers work in these offices, so you will see this area contract or no.

Here is where Karrl & Gaia meet the heads of the departments too see how they are doing. A model may even brought in here to meet both the founders, if they really get good ratings when they are here, if this happens they will usually bringing them in to renegotiate the contract, give bonuses and such. But do not think that automatically you may be brought in here to get a warning or even fired.

These are the rooms where the Mercs under contract by Shade live. They maybe on the lower level but they are very well furnished, Shade takes care of their employees. You can personalise the room, and with the contract you get a five thousand dollars to do with what you will, and most spend it on their room.

This is one of the two recreational areas. You can find a number of things, but this area is for the teachers, even though they can mingle with the students they can return to this area for some personal time.

If there is a couple who have been going for a long time, then they may apply for a bedroom here. It is difficult to get one since only people who have been going for quite a while and are still going strong can live in these rooms.

The Second Floor is mainly the area where they have the dining area and such place like that, you can find a lot of things here, but more often then not you will just walk into the dining area.

Here are the boys’ bedrooms which are on the far end of the second floor. Due to the area you will find a far greater amount of bedrooms here and the left wing of the mansion is for the boys.

Like the boys’ bedroom the girls’ bedrooms are situated on the second floor, but in the left wing of the mansion, there is the same amount of female living quarters as there are boys, so no one is going to be out of living space.

These are set up on the first floor, and take up the left wing of the mansion. These are the private study areas for the students here at The Memorial Institute.

Like the third floor this is the recreational area, but this is for the students. You will find all the comforts of a normal house, but more because of the sheer size of the place.
